We are a non-profit arm of the Harry S Truman Coordinating Council. Our primary goal is to provide affordable housing to residents of our region primarily through program that receive funding from the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development.

 

We offer a range of programs including owner-occupied housing rehabilitation assistance, homebuyers assistance, and the development and management of affordable rental housing.
